Reserve a Private Yoga Lesson

Yoga was traditionally taught privately, between teacher and student. Such personal attention yields a multitude of benefits for the student, as every class is attentively formulated based on your individual needs and goals. They are the sure way to explore your interests, enhance your practice, and reach your goals faster, whether you’re a beginner who wants an introduction to yoga and not quite ready for a group setting, or a regular practitioner looking to deepen, enhance, and learn more.

After a comprehensive assessment, expect to be safely and properly guided by verbal instruction, imagery, demonstration, and hands on assistance in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

Private Sessions are available in the privacy of your home gym or at one of the studios where Natalia teaches.

The greatest gift you can give to somebody is your own personal development. I used to say, 'If you will take care of me, I will take care of you.' Now I say, 'I will take care of me for you, if you will take care of you for me.' -Jim Rohn

About Yoga

yo·ga \ˈyō-gə\ (noun)

Origin: Sanskrit, literally, yoking, from yunakti he yokes; akin to Latin jungere, meaning, to join.

First use: 1820

The practice of yoga is interpreted as being the “yolk” or “union” between the body and mind through a system of exercises (8 limbs of yoga), with a goal to attain a state of permanent inner peace, regardless of outside chaos - hence the yolk in our name!
